Neon Drift Club

Neon Drift Club is pure arcade racing joy. You slide around neon-lit tracks, chain drifts for boost, and try to shave seconds off your best lap. There's no pretense of simulation here, just speed and sparks.

Control options are the best part. You can steer by tilt, by a steering wheel overlay, or by two tap zones, and all three actually work. I settled on tilt with a touch brake and got comfortable within a couple of races.

The downside is the battery. Fast racing games always run hot, and this is no exception. For a long play session I'd keep the charger nearby, though the settings do let you lower the glow effects to help.
